I started my day with an easy 8 miler. nothing exciting to note except I had to cut it short for an appointment.

Cross-training:

Tomorrow is a rest day and I’ll be away from home so I’m going to do this 10 minute no equipment needed session and take a walk. and stretch!!

Post run eats

Since I was running late I made a smoothie. In the blender: ice, handful frozen berries, 1 scoop Jamie Eason’s whey protein, almond milk. I also had a banana with AB before my run.

It’s time to check in – how has it been choosing staying hydrated this week?

On Monday we talked about checking to see if you’re hydrated. have you been on track with that?

I’ve been doing terrific on that part. It’s kinda my specialty.

Now that I think about it, I have much more than just running common with forest Gump.

Everything in moderation kids…
